MAF AGM 2017

Dear Members,

 

The 2017 Annual General meeting will be held on Sunday 23 April at 16h00 at the Malaysian Embassy multi – purpose hall.

 

We would like to encourage members with time and talent to join the executive committee.

Please ensure that your membership is up to date in order to vote and to stand for elections.

Membership renewals will not be accepted during the AGM.

 

If you have any questions on the validation of your 2017 membership, please contact MAF secretary Jun Yen ( tanjunyen@gmail.com ) for verification.

 

For security reasons and to cater for refreshments, members are invited to sign up on the link provided.聽 (closing date: 19 April 2016)

 

 

Members who are unable to attend, kindly complete & sign the Proxy Vote attached and scan/mail it to MAF secretary, to have someone vote on your behalf.

Silat Malaysia in France

Introducing you: Culture Silat
Seni Gayung Fatani Malaysia

is a french association whose purpose is to teach and develop the art of Silat Seni Gayung Fatani in France.

The is known as one the oldest form of Silat of the Malay Peninsula.

In Malaysia, it is led by the Pertubuhan Seni Gayung Fatani Malaysia (PSGFM). This organisation, created in 1976 by the late Tuan Haji Anuar bin Haji Abd. Wahab, is one of the four founding members of the Persekutuan Silat Kebangsaan Malaysia ().
The Silat Seni Gayung Fatani was introduced in France by the late Tuan Mohammath Raban in the early 80’s and has spread to Europe from there.

Culture Silat is the official representative organisation on behalf of the Pertubuhan Seni Gayung Fatani Malaysia in France and is under the managment of:

  • : President and Guru PSGFM France – European Representative for PESAKA
  • : Treasurer and Guru PSGFM France
  • : Secretary and Jurulatih Kanan PSGFM France

Culture Silat is leading 4 clubs throughout Europe:

  • Maison du Taiji – Bagnolet (93)
  • Gymnase Caillaux – Paris (75013)
  • Loisirs et Culture – Metz (57)
  • Hansa Gymnasium – K枚ln (Germany)

Silat performance at CNY Luncheon

Culture Silat – CNY Luncheon

On the 4th of February 2017, Culture Silat has been invited by the Malaysian Embassy and the MAF Committee to come to 芦 Le Pr茅sident 禄 restaurant and present Silat Seni Gayung Fatani to HE Dato’Ibrahim Abdullah, Madame Le Maire of Paris 8th, Jeanne d鈥橦autserre and Monsieur Le Maire of Paris 6th Jean Paul Le Coq and all the MAF members who joined the lunccheon.
